Construction on the civil services is anticipated to commence in second half 2025 with first house construction commencing in second half 2026. The estate is planned to be developed in 5 phases and the size of the development allows for phases under construction to be well screened from completed phases with a separate construction access. This will minimise the construction disruption to residents on site.

Yes, pets are allowed on the estate, within the estate rules which will mirror current municipal by-laws regarding pets. No exotic pets will be allowed.
In the interests of permanent residents, as well as security considerations, no Air BnB will be permitted and any lease longer than 3 months will be permitted subject to the right of the Home Owners Association to vet the prospective lessee.
